EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL CASHEWS

I thought I had struck snack GOLD when I discovered Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Nut Duo. I was bummed to find out that they contain corn syrup and sunflower oil, which aren't exactly healthy (both are highly inflammatory). So I decided to make my own and they are just as delicious! I do still love you, Trader Joe's.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 C of raw cashews

  • 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning


Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 

  2. In a bowl, toss olive oil and seasoning with cashews.

  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
