What is Holistic Health Coaching?

Holistic health coaching is a collaboration between client and coach. While I am there to guide and support you, you will lead the way in terms of setting your health goals. Together, we will create actionable steps and remove any roadblocks that might be in the way of you achieving your optimal health. It is not a diet, nor is it diagnostic or prescriptive. It is about making sustainable behavior changes so that you can feel great in your body! The focus is more on what good stuff  we can add to your life, rather than what we need to take out. 

Topics Explored in my Programs Can Include:

  • What foods you enjoy that also make you feel your best and how to incorporate them in a way that works with your life and schedule. 

  • How to eat in a way that helps you maintain blood sugar balance.

  • What type of movement or exercise you enjoy the most (don't know what that is? I'll help you find it!).

  • The morning routine that sets your day up for success.

  • The nighttime routine that brings you deep, restorative sleep.

  • What obstacles or limiting beliefs are holding you back from living your best life.

  • Techniques for stress management.

  • Ways to add more joy to your every day life.

Anyone who wants to improve their health, but needs a little support, guidance and accountability through the process. My ideal client:

Services Offered

20 Minute Chemistry Call 

During this session, I will explain the coaching process a little more,

and answer any of your questions.

Initial Consultation

Before we meet, I'll ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire (it's super easy, I swear!), which we'll go over. We will dive a little deeper into what your major concerns are and you and I will start to create your wellness vision. 

3 or 6 Month Program

This includes 50 minute, bi-weekly coaching calls, over a 3 or 6 month period. After each session, you'll receive a healthy recipe that is tailored to your tastes and lifestyle, a new resource to support you and your goals and a tip or hack that's relevant to your current goals. 


A La Carte Sessions

This is for clients who aren't quite ready to fully commit to a program or for clients who feel they need a little extra support after their 6 month program.
